Determined to prove that its previous recordings of Planned Parenthood counselors offering dangerous sex advice to underage girls aren’t just isolated incidents, pro-life group Live Action released yet another Wednesday — this time from Portland, Oregon.
Live Action has previously released footage from three other clinics — one in Indiana and two in Colorado — showing Planned Parenthood staffers encouraging investigators posing as 15-year-old girls to allow themselves to be hit, choked, whipped, spanked, tied up and chained. The latest video, recorded undercover at the Planned Parenthood Clackamas Center in Portland, continues the pattern.

In uncensored transcripts obtained by the Daily Caller, the girl tells the counselor her boyfriend wanted to try some “kink,” although she herself has no idea what that means.
“Different people have different types of fetishes,” the counselor explains. “Some guys like feet, and they find that kinky, and maybe they’ll wanna suck on your toes during intercourse. Or some guys will even want to, you know, ejaculate into your shoes, which is a little different.” (RELATED: Planned Parenthood Schools Underage Girl In BDSM)
From there she goes straight into bondage, explaining that it’s very important to have a safe word before allowing her boyfriend to tie her up or to “be the aggressor.” She also suggested a variety of role-play scenarios, including “naughty school girl … you dress slutty and maybe don’t wear underwear” and “play[ing] the baby thing, where they will put on diapers and … pretend they’re breastfeeding.”
“It just depends what you guys are comfortable with,” she assures the girl. “It is truly important that you’re both comfortable with it, or you won’t enjoy it. … The only wrong way is if something makes you uncomfortable, and you don’t wanna do it. … If you feel like, ‘Oh, he spanked me, and I kinda liked it,’ then that’s OK.”
“Some people like being spanked or hit or whipped,” she says. She also explained that while the girl is too young to buy the special handcuffs they sell at “porno stores,” she and her boyfriend could start out with scarves, “or just the little toy handcuffs.” If using actual handcuffs, “you have to trust that your partner will unlock you.”
She recommended the girl look into both the “Kama Sutra” and “The Joy of Sex,” and noted that “there are educational pornos out there,” although, unlike counselors at the other clinics, noted that “you’re still underaged.”
“Reading the smutty romance novels will give you good ideas,” she says.
Nearly half of Planned Parenthood’s $1.2 billion in revenue comes from taxpayer dollars, and according to their 2012-2013 report, it spent over $43 million on “sexuality education” that year. “We are the largest provider of sex education in the U.S.,” it boasts, “with educators who will reach more than one million young people and adults this year.” (RELATED: Report Says Planned Parenthood Enabling Rape, Sex Trafficking, Child Abuse)
“There is no way anyone can justify a counselor telling a fifteen-year-old girl that ‘some people like being spanked, or whipped, or hit,'” said Live Action president Lila Rose. “This is not the stuff of sex education, but rather a disturbing ideology consciously being pushed on our nation’s youth.”
According to Live Action’s press release, “Planned Parenthood is poised to receive significant additional funding through Obamacare, including via PREP (the Personal Responsibility Education Program), a $75-million sex education program funded by taxpayers through the Department of Health and Human Services. Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, the affiliate that runs the facility in Live Action’s latest video, has itself been allocated grants through PREP.” (RELATED: Portland Ice Cream Parlor Introduces New Planned Parenthood Flavor)
Planned Parenthood was not available for comment.
“Whether you’re liberal or conservative, or even pro-life or pro-abortion, tax-funded ‘counseling’ sessions directing kids to porn sites and sex shops, and teaching them how to beat and choke each other, are completely unacceptable,” said Rose.
