Will Arnett was on “The Tonight Show” Thursday to confirm with Jimmy Fallon that he and the rest of the cast of “Arrested Development” will make a fifth season. The show, which was canceled on Fox back in 2006, made its Netflix debut with its fourth season in 2013.
