Bad news, everyone, Justin Bieber will not be going to prison, leaving him free to cut more lines, egg more houses, and, worst of all, produce more music.
Bieber, 20, is expected to plead guilty Wednesday to lesser charges of careless driving and resisting an officer without violence, in exchange for the state of Florida dropping his DUI, after Miami police arrested him in South Beach in January for that and illegal street racing.
Bieber, who admitted to taking a Xanax and smoking weed before getting behind the wheel of his rented yellow Lamborghini, will also take a 12-hour anger management course and make a $50,000 charitable donation, the Miami Herald reports. Bieber has instigated a string of criminal activity lately, pleading no contest last month for vandalizing and egging a neighbor’s house, being charged with assaulting a Toronto limousine driver, and being sued by a photographer for assaulting him outside his recording studio.
