A Virginia man with the last name Stoner was ironically arrested for pot charges, the Associated Press reports.
The charges against Paul Stoner include growing marijuana and having a firearm while in possession of more than one pound of marijuana. Additional charges are pending.
Police officers seized marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia, guns and needles after getting a tip that Stoner was selling marijuana to kids. It is estimated that Stoner was in possession of over $10,000 worth of marijuana plants.
Stoner’s charges stem from an investigation of selling marijuana to children. He is currently free on bond, but a hearing is set for Aug. 27.
