Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney followed suit with other politicians and accepted the ALS ice bucket challenge, while wearing his suit, and his running mate Paul Ryan helped.

Romney had been nominated three times by Hewlett Packard CEO Meg Whitman, Sen. Rob Portman, and a Salt Lake City resident who has ALS, Creighton Rider. Romney in turn nominated his “sweetheart” Ann and “Saturday Night Live” comedian Jason Sudeikis, who often imitated Romney in skits. (RELATED: George Bush Takes ALS Ice Bucket Challenge)

President Obama was nominated for the challenge as well, but declined and decided to write a check for donation instead.
