President Barack Obama’s deputies released at least 169 foreign murderers into 24 states last year.
The data shows the ZIP codes where the foreign murderers were released back into American society.
Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley dragged the data out of the federal government. “The public needs to know when a person is in the country illegally, and who has been convicted of a homicide, is released into their communities,” Grassley said in a statement.
“We’ve introduced legislation that would reverse the court case that the Obama administration is relying on to excuse its irresponsible release of thousands of criminally convicted aliens,” he added.
Grassley fought for the data after Obama’s deputies at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement freed 36,007 aliens — usually illegal immigrants — last year.
The official jail-break included 193 people convicted on homicide charges. But the feds provided Grassley with information on only 169 released murderers.
Some of the foreign murderers could not be repatriated because their the U.S. government has not forced their home countries to accept their return.
Some were released, supposedly because they are too old to be dangerous, or because the liberal Ninth Circuit has declared that even illegal immigrants have a right go free on bail after six months detection.
The murderers were living in 96 cities in the United States, and have been released back into 24 states, including Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia and Minnesota.
Seven murderers were released in Miami, slightly more than Los Angeles, which gained six foreign murderers.
“Lake Tahoe’s beautiful- it’s also where ICE released a detained alien w/ a homicide-related conviction in zip 96145… While in Fairview, OR look out for the detained alien w/ a homicide-related conviction that ICE released in zip 97024,” said Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies, in a series of tweets.
His group supports reforms that reduce the current inflow of one million immigrants and 800,000 foreign workers each year. Four million Americans turn 18 each year.
The long list gives Krikorian plenty of opportunities to make his case in a very personal fashion.
