Comedienne Joan Rivers was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after she quit breathing during surgery, TMZ reports.
Rivers was at a clinic apparently undergoing a medical procedure on her vocal chords when the 81-year-old stopped breathing and was immediately taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
