George Zimmerman is back in the news again, this time for allegedly threatening to kill a man during a road rage incident in Lake Mary, Florida.

Police there said that a man, whose name has not been released, claimed that Zimmerman pulled up next to him in traffic in a truck on Tuesday, WKMG reports. The driver of the truck, who the man recognized as Zimmerman, said “Why are you pointing a finger at me?”

The man told police that Zimmerman asked “Do you know who I am?” and then threatened, “I’ll fucking kill you.”

Zimmerman was not arrested as the man declined to press charges. Police said that Zimmerman was armed at the time, according to WKMG.

The man called police two days after that incident claiming he saw Zimmerman’s truck parked outside of his workplace. According to WSVN, police confirmed that the truck belonged to Zimmerman. The man declined to press charges in that instance as well.

Zimmerman has had a series of run-ins with the law following his acquittal last July for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Shortly after the acquittal, Zimmerman’s wife at the time, Shellie, accused him of threatening her and her father with a gun during a domestic disturbance. A woman Zimmerman began dating shortly after that incident also called police to report that Zimmerman had pointed a shotgun at her and assaulted her. She later recanted the claim and charges against him were dropped.
