The Huskies beat Northwestern on Sep. 6 and now think they think they’re the toast of college football. So what if they don’t realize they just beat a team that lost to Cal? Cal hadn’t won an FBS game since Mitt Romney was running for president.
That doesn’t matter to those rambunctious Huskie alumni. They don’t care, and neither do I. Sports needs more trash talk. Too bad they don’t play the Illini in the near future so they can back it up, though. I guess they’ll have to settle for UNLV and the like.
