Cara Delevingne, the 22-year-old Victoria’s Secret model, is leaving the runway and taking over the big screen.
She landed the lead female role as “Margo,” a mysterious teen, in the adaptation of John Green’s young adult novel “Paper Towns,” and tweeted that she could not be more excited, E! News confirms.
Judging by her past work, we couldn’t be either.
This won’t be the British model’s first film, as she appeared in the short film “Timeless.”
Green wrote the novel, as well as the other popular novel turned into film, “The Fault In Our Stars.”
Cara Delevigne’s audition blew everyone away (including me!) and she understands Margo profoundly. I am so excited!
