Miley Cyrus has made Mexico mad, not because she wore a ridiculous fake butt, but because she let her backup dancers slap her ridiculous fake butt with the Mexican flag, while in Mexico, TMZ reports.
She performed in Monterrey Tuesday, which just so happened to be Mexican Independence Day, and a Mexican government official has called the act disrespectful and wants Cyrus to be fined. A Mexican law protecting “national emblems, the flag and the national anthem” penalizes such a crime with a $1,200 fine and 36 hours of jail time.
