A man from Dover, Delaware is suing a hospital, claiming that he woke up from a routine colonoscopy procedure wearing a pair of pink panties. He claims in a lawsuit the underwear was put on him without his knowledge, the Delaware News Journal reports.

Andrew Walls, 32, was a former employee at Dover’s Delaware Surgery Center, where the incident took place. Walls’ attorney claims that when Walls came out from under anesthesia, “he awoke to realize that while he was unconscious pink women’s underwear had been placed on his body.”

Walls made it clear that he was not wearing them before he went under.

Walls and his attorney sounded off on the surgical center calling the conduct “outrageous” and “beyond all decency.”
