Stop worrying, everyone. The White House is, at long last, locking the front door.

According to Josh Earnest on “Morning Joe” Tuesday, included among the Obama administration’s reforms for the Secret Service is simply locking the front door.

“What changes have there been at the White House following the shocking lapses of security that we saw weeks ago? Is the door locked?” Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson asked Earnest.

Earnest didn’t initially take the question seriously, laughing until Robinson told him he wasn’t joking.

“No seriously, what has changed?”

“That is one of the reforms that the Secret Service put in place right away in the aftermath of that breach of security,” said the White House flack after putting on his game face.

He also noted they are pleased to have a new director of the Secret Service, Joseph Clancy, in place.
