Chris Matthews asked Huffington Post editorial director and MSNBC contributor Howard Fineman “Which party has the ‘spark’ right now?”
Fineman’s answer, “Oh, the Republican Party, for sure. The Dems have to reinvent themselves all over again. The Obama era is over.”
