Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley hosted the 48th Country Music Awards Wednesday night, and the returning hosts picked up with the same joke they used at the last awards show: President Barack Obama.
After a few Ebola quips, Underwood said, all jokes aside, there are serious issues for the hosts to discuss.
“We recognize people around the world are worried. Of course we are talking about Post-Partum Taylor Swift Disorder — or as it’s more commonly known, PPTSD.”
Paisley asked why the government is doing nothing about this, and that he knows for a fact Obama doesn’t care about PPTSD.
“I’m pretty sure that’s why the Democrats lost the Senate,” Underwood said, as the crowd erupted in laughter.
