On Sunday night, the kookiest popstar this side of Lady Gaga and absolute smokeshow Katy Perry officially announced her Super Bowl XLIX halftime performance on YouTube.

Perry, Coldplay and Rihanna were all being considered by the NFL to play halftime, and the 29-year-old diva previously stated that, “[she’s] not the kind of girl who would pay to play the Super Bowl. Looks like Roger Goodell finally made a good decision.
Call me crazy, but I love Katy Perry. She’s a perfect storm of talent and personality, and it doesn’t hurt she’s easily an 11 on the hotness scale.
