On Sunday night, the Denver Broncos soundly beat the Kansas City Chiefs by a score of 29-16.

Despite winning by only two scores, the Broncos absolutely beat up on KC, which didn’t seem to sit well with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. After a cheap shot hit on Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith, cameras caught Kelce expressing his feelings, in a manner of speaking.

Air jerk on national TV? Power move.

Needless to say, some folks were less than pleased with the gesture, but Kelce defended himself and his QB on Twitter.

Look, I get it. It was inappropriate blah, blah, blah. Did you even see the late hit on Alex Smith?

Kelce was just going to bat for his teammate, and I love everything about how he did it.

Also, when you’re 6’5″, weigh 255 pounds, run a 4.61 40-yard dash and do stuff like this, you can pretty much get away with anything you want to on the football field.

Big man’s got wheels.
