The Netflix original series “House of Cards” announced Monday its third season will be available on the streaming service Feb. 27, 2015, and its announcement included a “special message from the White House.”
The short video shows the power-hungry couple Frank Underwood wife Claire boarding Air Force One, and Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey, looks directly into the camera as he makes his way up the stairs.
