2014 was the biggest year of Giancarlo Stanton’s short but illustrious career.

Stanton was a favorite to win the National League’s MVP award before a serious facial injury toward the end of the season. Still, this didn’t stop the Miami Marlins from locking down Giancarlo with an MLB-record $325 million contract. (RELATED: Sorry A-Rod, But You’re Not The Richest Player In Baseball Anymore) 

TMZ caught up with Stanton over the weekend, and you won’t believe what he said he’s planning to buy with all those clams.

OK, something tells me Stanton wasn’t exactly being serious. Not that books are a bad thing to buy, but I’m pretty sure Giancarlo plans on buying a lot more than just literature.
