Chloe Goins alleges Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her six years ago during a party at the Playboy Mansion, so she met with detectives and her attorney Spencer Kuvin in Los Angeles Wednesday and may have filed charges, TMZ reports.
The 24-year-old blonde, who has worked as a model and lap dancer in Las Vegas, was at the Los Angeles Police Department headquarters for about two hours, and though neither she nor her attorney divulged details Wednesday, Goins has previously said that she believes the 77-year-old spiked her drink before taking her into a bedroom during the party she attended with a friend when she was 18.
After Cosby gave her “lots of attention” when they met, he handed her a vodka mixed drink, Goins claims.

“I was a wearing a cute little red dress and my friend was wearing a strapless tan dress,” Goins said.
She said the next thing she remembers is waking up naked with Cosby licking her toes and masturbating, she told the Daily Mail.

Exactly which charges Goins filed — or if she filed at all — is unclear, but her action would be the first time Cosby has been formally charged since the 20-something women have accused the comedian.
