Appearing on “Andrea Mitchell Reporting,” former Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. “It’s a tragedy,” said Murphy, who also hosts MSNBC’s “Taking the Hill” program. “I’m happy that justice was served. But that verdict yesterday doesn’t bring back Chris and Chad. It doesn’t. They’re gone. And, you know, now another Marine, his life is ruined.”
“He’s going to be in jail for the rest of his life,” he continued. “And that’s part of the justice system, but at the end of the day, you know, it just breaks your heart.”
