An alleged drunk driver’s wardrobe didn’t earn him any points with police.
Luciano Gutierrez of Temple, Texas was arrested last week on a drunk driving charge, but it took social media users a little longer to notice the irony of his T-Shirt.
Gutierrez, 66, wore a shirt that read “WARNING I DO DUMB THINGS” when police arrested and charged the Texas man with his ninth case of driving while intoxicated, WKYT reports.

Gutierrez was released on $25,000 bond, but his history of drunk driving could make this latest arrest a felony. Now the image is making the rounds on social media.
Even Waco, Texas police got in on the action, posting the picture on Facebook with the words, “Oh the things some folks do to themselves.”
Another poorly dressed mugshot, or well-dressed depending on how you look at it, came in November of last year.
This gem is brought to you by Deborah Asher of Somerset, Ky. Arrested on charges of possessing crystal meth, she wore a shirt for her mugshot that read “I (heart) Crystal Meth.”

Nice.
