Madonna clearly holds Kanye West in high regard, and has slated him to be the next Madonna.
In a recent interview, Madonna talked about her new album “Rebel Heart,” which features West on three songs.
“Kanye is the new Madonna,” Madonna said.
“Kanye is the black Madonna.”

But the 56-year-old wasn’t comparing their music, but rather how good they are at angering people. Or, as Madonna puts it, “pushing the envelope.”
“We know, and recognize, that we have that in common. We’re comrades in the envelope-pushing genre.”
