Ludicras was honored by the Georgia House of Representatives for work he’s done with youth programs in Atlanta. Jeb Bush was addressing lawmakers and all but announced his presidential candidacy.
And, on Thursday, the two crossed paths at the Georgia state capitol.
It was a photo opportunity neither could miss.
“I just came to see Ludacris,” Bush joked during his opening remarks.

“I appreciate that there’s a successful guy who’s giving back.”
But one reporter for the Atlanta Journal Constitution implied Ludacris, who once rapped in his song “Slap” that Jeb’s brother “didn’t give a damn about our ass,” might not have felt as chummy towards Jeb.
