Good news for MSNBC host Chris Hayes: his show “All In” set another record last week!

Bad news: it was the record for the worst ratings in the 8 p.m. slot in a decade.

Hayes averaged a paltry 74,000 viewers in the demo last week. By comparison, Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor” averaged 533,000 views in the same time slot, more than seven times Hayes’ numbers. According to TVNewser, no show on MSNBC has performed that badly since 2005. (RELATED: MSNBC Falls To New Ratings Low)

Hayes’ show has been struggling since its premiere in April of 2013. Multiple reports have indicated that “All In” is likely the next show to be canned by MSNBC after the cancellation of Ronan Farrow and Joy Reid’s daytime shows in February.
