For the 18th straight year, the New York Yankees sit atop the list of the most valuable MLB franchises.

According to Forbes, the Bronx Bombers are worth $3.2 billion, tying them with the Dallas Cowboys in the top spot among U.S. sports teams. Spain’s Real Madrid ($3.4 billion) retains the top spot internationally.

It would appear New York isn’t the only team rolling in the dough; the average MLB franchise worth clocked in at a whopping $1.2 billion, the highest it’s ever been since Forbes began valuing teams in 1998. Though ticket sales have plummeted over the past few seasons, many teams have inked lucrative, individual television deals that will keep the schmolians streaming in for years to come.

The Dodgers, Red Sox, Giants, Cubs, Cardinals, Mets, Angels, Nationals and Phillies round out the top 10.
