With Iran nuclear deal negotiations nearing a Tuesday deadline, “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough wondered if any nations not named Iran and Cuba have a better relationship with the U.S. under the Obama presidency.

Scarborough posed that question to April Ryan, the White House correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks, Monday morning on “Morning Joe.”

“I’ve got another question,” Scarborough started. “Can you name, other than Iran and Cuba, any countries across the world that consider themselves having a better relationship with America today than they did when Barack Obama became president?”

“That’s kind of tough,” Ryan responded. “Um, that’s a tough one.”

“But I will say this, and I have to really ponder that because, you’re right, there are so many things happening in the Middle East and just happening around the world, and our relationship has been strained with many countries. But at the same time, we still have allies around the world.”
