Republican Missouri Rep. Ann Wagner has a pretty strong opinion about the importance of beer and McDonald’s… or at least she did for 34 seconds. (VIDEO: Girls Brawling In McDonald’s Is Beyond Belief)

“Both of these headlines deserve the front page. @WSJ,” she tweeted Tuesday morning, along with a picture of the B section of The Wall Street Journal. The two headlines read, “McDonald’s Tests All-Day Breakfast” and “MillerCoors Caught in a Downdraft.”

The tweet was deleted after less than a minute, but not before being saved for prosperity by Politwoops, a site designed by the Sunlight Foundation to capture any deleted tweets from politicians.

For what it’s worth, the actual frontpage headlines of The Wall Street Journal had to do with the Federal Reserve stepping up bank scrutiny and U.S. concerns about whether the Iranian Ayatollah will accept a nuclear deal. Pretty much small beans compared to McMuffins and brewskis.

UPDATE: A legislative correspondent with Congresswoman Wagner clarified to TheDC in a statement that the tweet was an accident, and that it was intended for another account. “I update Congresswoman Wagner’s social media and posted the tweet on her account by mistake,” he admitted.
