Famed Hollywood filmmaker Oliver Stone was spotted in Washington’s Adams Morgan neighborhood and by the White House over the weekend.
He’s here to begin shooting the Edward Snowden Biopic.
According to D.C. paparazzo Mark Wilkins, who tweeted the news and the shot the photographs included here, Stone will begin shooting in Adams Morgan on Monday.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt will play Snowden in the film. Shailene Woodley will play the role of Snowden’s girlfriend, Lindsay Mills, who has been known for her pole dancing. Movie watchers will see Nicolas Cage, meanwhile, as a U.S. intelligence officer.
The film, Open Road, is scheduled for release in December.
