Wednesday Workout: Polish Knockout Leads Us Through A ‘Beach Season Burner’ [VIDEO]

It’s officially spring, but while regular joes are taking it easy and enjoying the beautiful weather, gym rats know this is no time to rest.

There’s only a month left until beach season. Gotta get after it.

For this week’s Wednesday workout, we’re pleased to welcome “fitness fanatic” Wioletta Pawluk. This Polish fire-starter is going to help us hammer three specific muscle groups: back, but & core.

Based on her Instagram, this one won’t be easy.

Circuit 1

Back Squat: 5 sets of 15, lightweight (WATCH):

Pull-Ups: 5 sets till exhaustion (WATCH):

Ab Roll-Outs: 5 sets, 30 seconds (WATCH): 

Circuit 2

Weighted Glute Bridge/Split-Step Box Jump Super-Set: 5 sets of 10, 5 sets, 30 seconds (WATCH): 

Cable Lat Pull-Downs: 5 sets of 15, lightweight (WATCH):

Core Movement/Glute-Ham Extension Super-Set: 5 sets, 30 seconds (choice), 5 sets, 30 (WATCH):
