On Tuesday, CNN’s Brooke Baldwin managed to offend a bunch of military veterans regarding the Baltimore riots.
In an interview with Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Maryland) she had some pointed words concerning service members.
“I love our nation’s veterans, but some of them are coming back from war, they don’t know the communities, and they are ready to do battle,” she said.
She later tried to clarify her remarks.
On Wednesday, she said she will express her remorse and has done so twice on air.
The forgiveness factor on Twitter was about half and half. Some readily forgave her. Others said she should get off the air for awhile and reevaluate herself.
