Bryan Clay is living it up in retirement.
The former U.S. decathlete took home a gold medal back at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, and it looks like he’s applying many of those same skills to a new career: fatherhood. (RELATED: Alabama Fan Only Needs Floss, Golf Ball And Pitching Wedge To Pull Son’s Tooth)
Clay tweeted a video of him helping his daughter Ellie get rid of a loose tooth in the only way he knows how: by tying that sucker to a javelin and tossing it half-way to the moon.

I know it’s still pretty early, but I think this makes him a pretty strong candidate for “Dad of the Year.”
