The Kardashians finally confirmed rumors that Kylie Jenner got lip fillers in Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” and in it, Kim sits down with Kylie and Kendall, 17 and 19, to tell them she has insecurities of her own, including that she refuses to leave the house unless she’s wearing the body shaping hosiery Spanx.
“I’m so insecure lately, seriously,” the 34-year-old reality star said.
“You do realize who you are, right? You do realize that you’re like one of the hottest?” Kendall asks her.
“Just with my weight. Just with my weight,” Kim said, which she “literally worries about all the time.”
“I can’t leave the house without Spanx. I’m legit 20 pounds heavier.”
