Taking too many selfies has finally come back to haunt Kim Kardashian.
Ahead of this year’s Met Gala, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour banned all cellphone and social media use inside the event. However, Kim Kardashian being herself, she just couldn’t miss a chance to post a selfie.
I suppose she needed people to see her wearing that see-through gown. (PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian Is Basically Wearing Just Rhinestones At The Met Gala)
But now she’s paying the price.
Along with Justin Bieber and Kanye West, who also broke the ban, the 34-year-old’s name was left off the Met Gala edition of Vogue this year that lists big celebrity figures who were in attendance.
Beyonce, George Clooney and Derek Jeter were included.
The rebuff comes roughly a year after Kim Kardashian snagged the Vogue cover, and though Wintour didn’t include Kim’s name, she did add her 19-year-old sister Kendall’s name, which apparently made Kim “livid.” (RELATED: Kim Kardashian Gets Yelled At By Shrieking Animal Rights Activists During Book Signing)
