Three teenage British girls have allegedly fled ISIS’ ranks, prompting the radical militant organization to mount a citywide search, a local blogger reports.

The Facebook page for Mosul Eye — an unofficial, local ISIS watch dog — posted on May 5: “Three girls, (Foreigners – British) married to ISIL militants, reported missing, and ISIL announced to all its check points to search for them. It is believed that those girls have escaped.”

The girls’ identities are yet unknown, but the descriptions share some similarities with the three London teenage girls, Shamima Begum and Amira Abase, both 15, and Kadiza Sultana, 16, who flew to Turkey and reportedly crossed into Syria to join the terror organization in February, according to The Telegraph.

The U.K. Foreign Office is investigating the report from Mosul Eye, written by a self-described, independent historian.

One of the teenagers tweeted a picture of takeout under the Islamic State’s so-called caliphate in early April. Abase’s Twitter account has since been suspended. (RELATED: British Girl Who Allegedly Joined ISIS Tweeted Picture Of Takeout Under Caliphate)

Estimates indicate 600 Britons have joined militant groups in Iraq and Syria.
