The Boston bombing legal proceedings aren’t over.

Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s college friend Dias Kadyrbayev was sentenced to six years in prison Tuesday for obstructing the investigation into the bombing, Boston.com reports.

The former international student pleaded guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of justice in August. Two more of Tsarnaev’s friends are set for sentencing Friday.

Prosecutors pointed to texts between Tsarnaev and Kadyrbayev as key evidence. When Kadyrbayev asked Tsarnaev if he had seen the news, he responded:

“If yu want yu can go to my room and take what’s there :)” to which the response was “whats wrong with u?” and then another text of “haha.”

After the bombing, Kadyrbayev and another friend named Azamat Tazhayakov came to Tsarnaev’s room and took a backpack full of fireworks and a laptop. Investigators found the laptop in their apartment and the backpack and fireworks in a nearby landfill.

Tazhayakov was convicted of obstruction of justice. A third friend, Robel Phillipos, was convicted for lying to investigators.  Both Phillipos and Tazhayakov are scheduled for sentencing Friday.
