Caitlyn Jenner, “formerly known as Bruce,” underwent a 10-hour “facial feminization” surgery earlier this year in order to look more feminine, and to thank one of the plastic surgeons who operated on him, Jenner gave him a signed copy of his Vanity Fair cover.

One of Dr. Harrison Lee’s employees shared the photo on Instagram Tuesday.

In it, Jenner sits next to the Beverly Hills surgeon, and both are holding a signed copy of the Vanity Fair issue where Jenner first revealed his look as “Caitlyn.” (RELATED: Bruce Jenner Has Facial Surgery To Look More Feminine)

“To Harrison, Great Job Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner.”

Jenner initially panicked after undergoing the 10-hour surgery.

“What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?” (RELATED: Bruce Jenner Wanted Wife To Have Abortion For His First Daughter, She Says)

Later on the 65-year-old said he didn’t regret it.
