It’s been a long week. Through a matter of unforeseen circumstances, the past three days have been incredibly stressful, and I need to blow off some serious steam.

Nothing clears the mind like stepping in the gym and goin’ full Hulk, so even though it’s cutting season, today we’re lifting HEAVY.

This week’s #WednesdayWorkout guest trainer is Ana Delia De Iturrondo. The 34-year-old Puerto Rican is an IFBB Pro bikini competitor, and based on her Instagram, her grueling workouts are great for throwing on mass while staying lean and mean.
