Two suspects fired upon a West Philadelphia block party with a shotgun around 10 p.m. Saturday night, injuring 10 people.
The police say the suspects, two unknown black males, first used a shotgun and then drove down the street and opened fire with a pistol. Among the injured is a 1-year-old girl, and two boys ages 11 and 12.
All the victims are currently in stable condition.

Police are still searching for a motive.
“It looks like they just fired randomly into the street and hit whoever was in their way,” said Philadelphia police Lt. John Walker to KYW.
