Donald Trump is like Santa Claus. He’s rich. He has access to a lot of toys. And he knows who has been naughty or nice and judges accordingly.
In other words, if Trump becomes president, don’t expect him to be invited to sit on those comfy sofas on ABC’s “The View” anytime soon.
Trump, now an official presidential hopeful, has dark views toward co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Nicolle Wallace that have been brewing for awhile.
But on Wednesday night he really let the ladies have it.
The women don’t take him seriously. He knows it. And he’s never forgetting it.
Trump makes a point of noting which journalists help him and which ones ridicule him in one way or another. Even a smile can get mud flung in your face.
NBC “TODAY Show” co-host Willie Geist is now in the negative column. No matter that Geist is one of the most liked journalists in the business, Trump insulted him along with Goldberg and Wallace Wednesday night.
But Bloomberg Politics‘ Mark Halperin and John Heilemann are still in The Donald’s good graces. Halperin recently took heat for giving Trump’s presidential launch a B- — which many journalists felt was awfully generous.

“He will be formidable because he’s loud but it doesn’t mean a thing until you can show people what you can do for the country,” Goldberg said of Trump last week. “…Let’s see how you do when you want people to elect you.” But this is the comment where she really stuck it to him: “If You Pee on Everybody, You Can’t Tell Them It’s Rain.”
Wallace’s thoughts on Trump have been infinitely worse.
“Can I make a request since my party has to claim him?” Wallace asked in April, 2015 as the women were discussing racial unrest in Baltimore. “Can we ignore him?
They were reacting to Trump blasting President Obama.
