A dead man was found floating in Demi Moore’s swimming pool early Sunday morning, but the actress hasn’t drained her pool since.
Edenilson Steven Valle, 21, slipped and fell into Moore’s pool during a party at her house while she was out of town. He didn’t know how to swim, and his friends found him about 15 minutes later.
But now, four days later, Moore still has not drained her pool.
While local law doesn’t require a homeowner to drain their pool after a death, TMZ posted photos of the actress’s backyard with the same water in the pool as Sunday.

Moore issued a statement Sunday after she found out about the man’s death.
“I am in absolute shock,” Moore said. “I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news.”
“The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man’s family and friends. I ask that you please respect the privacy of all concerned during this sensitive time.” (RELATED: Demi Moore Seen At Airport Days Before Man Drowns In Her Pool)
