True to his word, GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump has said that he fights back when attacked. And if you think he predominately focuses his barbs on women, as insinuated by Fox News’ Megan Kelly, think again.

Apparently Trump couldn’t sleep. On Friday morning between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., Trump pulled the knives out for pollster Frank Luntz for conducting what he believes was a totally skewed focus group on FNC last night.

“He just let me down,” one of the participants said.

Another remarked that he “crashed and burned.”

Trump outed Luntz as someone who has begged him for professional help.

Luntz did not specifically reply to Trump’s cracks, but he did offer this for anyone who didn’t appreciate last night’s focus group: “If you think my focus groups are faulty, you can set them straight.”

With that, he linked to an application to participate.

Is Luntz a slob? Well, he is not generally a suit and tie kind of guy and is known for wearing sneakers wherever he goes. These are the red, blinding white and blue shoes he wore Thursday night wading through the Quicken Loans Arena press room.

Just after 11 p.m., Luntz announced that his focus group wasn’t favoring Trump.

“Donald Trump’s support has flipped in my focus group following tonight’s #GOPDebate. #KellyFile,” he wrote.

To be sure, Trump was pleased with one thing Luntz had to say Thursday night.

“I’m getting a lot of @MegynKelly hate mail tonight,” Luntz tweeted.

Of course, Trump retweeted him.
