J.R. Martinez told Whoopi Goldberg on “The View” Tuesday that Donald Trump is a “bonehead that has no clue.”
When asked about Trump’s statement regarding veterans and war heroes, the veteran and winner of Season 13 of “Dancing with the Stars,” stated, “I don’t think that that [Donald Trump] individual represents most of America.”
Goldberg: So before we, before we start, I want to ask you a question. Cause last month, someone who was running for president made a really kind of ridiculous remark about what folks go through in the service and, and what a hero is. And when you hear, like really stupid stuff like that, do you think to yourself, ‘Wow, we need to like re-explain how this all works and what we’re doing out there,’ or is it just that’s just one bonehead and I should not pay attention?
Martinez: It’s, me personally, for me, it’s one bonehead that has no clue. Because I don’t think that that individual represents most of America and most of the people in this world that ultimately understand the military.
