Hillary Clinton joked Friday about the brewing scandal surrounding her private email server, which was seized this week by the FBI after two emails that traversed the hardware were deemed to contain “top secret” information.
Speaking at the Iowa Democratic Wing Ding event on Friday, Clinton told the audience that she had just signed up for Snapchat. The social media site allows users to send messages and images which disappear shortly after being sent.
“By the way, you may have seen that I have recently launched a Snapchat account,” Clinton said. “I love it — those messages disappear all by themselves.”
Clinton’s server, which has been housed in a New Jersey data center, was wiped clean in June 2013.
