Lady Gaga is now threatening legal action because a company that makes ice cream out of breast milk is using her name for one of its flavors, she claims.

The singer, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, directed The Licktators to remove all marketing and social media posts for its “Baby Gaga” flavor by the end of August, or else she’ll sue.

Gaga is claiming copyright infringement and alleges that using her name will make fans think she endorses the product.

The company posted a photo of the letter from her lawyers to its Facebook, and called it “fan mail.”

The company also said it wasn’t backing down, and will continue to use the name for its flavor.

“The Licktators say that the branding and social media for Royal Baby Gaga breast milk ice cream, created by Nadine O’Connor, neither names nor features Lady Gaga, or infringes the mark ‘Lady Gaga,'” the company said in a statement.

“We don’t lick boots, and we don’t be dictated to. However, we are sending complimentary tubs of our ice cream to Lady Gaga for chilling out to as a gesture of peace and goodwill.”
