In an Instagram video entitled “Barbara Bush’s Advice To Her Son Jeb” posted by Donald Trump Monday, Jeb Bush’s mother stated “we’ve had enough Bushes.”
The footage is from a “Today Show” interview from April 2013 when the Bush matriarch was asked if she would like to see Jeb run. “I think it is a great country, there are a lot of great families, there are other people out there who are very qualified.”
As Bush was talking, images of Trump’s family were shown. The video culminated with the text, “Mother Knows Best, Jeb” and then “Trump! Make America Great Again.”
