In the latest batch of Hillary emails released, Sidney Blumenthal forwarded Clinton a memo regarding the impeachment of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas written by David Brock.
The seven-page memo, sent on Oct. 24, 2010 and entitled “Memo on Impeaching Clarence Thomas,” was sent in an email with the subject “H: Brock memo here, have many more ideas on this. S.”
In Clinton email speak, Hillary goes by H and her unofficial adviser Sidney Blumenthal goes by S.
Brock is the founder of the liberal non-profit Media Matters.
The email was in regards to reports that Thomas had a collection of pornography in the workplace. Around the time of the email sent by Sidney Blumenthal, The New York Times and The Washington Post were running articles about an alleged relationship Thomas had with Anita Hill when she worked for him.
This email exchange was part of more than 7,000 of Hillary Clinton’s work-related emails released Monday, from her time while she was Secretary of State.
David Brock’s memo is part of the Unclassified U.S. Department of State Case No. F-2014-20439, Doc No. C05775405.
