The newly-released edition of Islamic State’s English-language magazine contains condemnation of fleeing Syrian refugees — and a threat to two new hostages.

Dabiq, the magazine which Islamic State issues online at regular intervals, is one of the jihadi group’s quickest ways of responding to the news and promoting its latest videos. The newest edition, released this week, includes references to Aylan Kurdi, the 3-year-old refugee whose dead body washed up on a Turkish beach at the peak of the European migrant crisis.

The terrorists refer to the migration of thousands of Syrians and other refugees as a “dangerous trip to the lands of the war-waging crusaders ruled by laws of atheism and indecency.” Since they have set up their version of an ideal Islamic society, it is a “major sin” to leave for Europe, where Muslims “are under the constant threat of fornication, sodomy, drugs, and alcohol.” (RELATED: Creator Of ‘F*ck ISIS’ Cocktail Takes Boozy Vision Of Middle East To DC)

Dabiq’s latest issue also includes the announcement of two new hostages in the group’s captivity: a Norwegian citizen named Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad and a Chinese citizen named Fan Jinghui. The pages showcasing their captivity include an Iraqi cell phone number, directing “whoever would like to pay the ransom for [their] release” to get in touch.

The magazine is also a perennial opportunity for Islamic State to criticize old and newfound enemies. Its latest edition showcases Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s new collaboration with the U.S.-led air war against the group. It also criticizes the nuclear deal between the U.S. and Iran, dedicating an entire article to the malicious role Iran will play in the end times as a Shiite enemy of the group. Other articles include a criticism of racism in the U.S. and profiles of recently killed “martyrs” of the group. And in a recurring feature entitled “In the Words of the Enemy,” the magazine reprints a recent article by former CIA counterintelligence officer and anti-interventionist commentator Michael Scheuer.
