A Denver radio host is suing Taylor Swift after he was fired for touching her inappropriately during a meet-and-greet in 2013.

David Mueller claims he was falsely accused by Swift’s security team of lifting up her skirt and grabbing her butt while he and his girlfriend were taking a photo with the pop star backstage in June 2013.

Mueller was fired from his job as a radio host for KYGO days later.

He denies ever touching Swift, and supports his claim by saying he’s met Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears and Heidi Klum without any incident.

Mueller was making $150,000 a year before he was fired. (RELATED: Taylor Swift Apologizes After Nicki Minaj Blames Nomination Snub On Being Black)
