A Los Angeles judge approved Caitlyn Jenner’s request for a name and gender change on all legal documents Friday.
There was a brief hearing, and although Jenner was not present, “the judge quickly gave his stamp of approval for the name change after asking if there were any objections,” TMZ reports.
There were no objections.
The 65-year-old filed documents requesting a change in mid-September. He signed the documents “Bruce Jenner,” but wants it formally changed to “Caitlyn Marie Jenner.” (RELATED: Everyone Is Talking About This ‘South Park’ Episode Where They Mocked Caitlyn Jenner)
